Delivery, Terms and Conditions
Free Local Delivery
Free delivery is applicable on all pre-paid orders over the value of £200 and within a 15 mile radius of our firework shop (HP20 1BB).
Deliveries are available on selected dates between October-November. If you have any requests outside of these dates or the 15 mile radius, please email or give us a call.
We require at least 1 weeks notice for all deliveries.
We will endeavour to carry out all deliveries within a 7 day period of ordering. If you need a specific delivery date please email or call us to arrange, this may occur an additional charge.
We will contact customers via email or phone giving at least 3 days notice of the delivery date.

If you prefer you can come and collect your fireworks from our shop.
All consignments must be signed for. Purchasers must be 18+ years of age. It is also illegal for anyone under 18 to possess fireworks in public.
If delivery fails due to no one being present at the premises or old enough to sign then we will charge a re-delivery fee of £25 for each attempt. We will not leave fireworks unattended.
Due to increasing card fraud - we will only be able to offer delivery if the online forms are submitted correctly - we cannot accept verbal instructions to deliver to an address other than the registered cardholder address.
We only accept payment for orders in pound (£) sterling.Our primary means of receiving payment from you is through debit and credit cards. We accept most major cards but unfortunately we cannot accept American Express Cards. In all cases the full amount owing for the goods you wish to purchase must be cleared by our payment handling company before we will ship any goods to you. This normally takes a matter of minutes after we charge your card but can be delayed if there are discrepancies in your card numbers or between the delivery address you have given to us and the address you have registered with the bank.
We make every effort to ensure that your card details are secure at the point of sale and we are able to confirm the transaction with our payment provider without storing card details in-house. No card details are stored.
The buyer shall indemnify the Company against all damage or injury to any person or company against all proceedings, charges and expenses for which the company may become liable in respect of the goods supplied by or on behalf of the company except to the extent that liability therefore has been expressly admitted in these conditions.
We collect certain information from you in order to process your order. This includes you name, address and card details. None of the card details are stored by us Your name postal address and email address will be stored for our records but they will not be used for any other purpose except with your explicit written permission. Nor will they be passed onto any third party.
We try to keep the stock availability on the website up to date, however sometimes a product may be out of stock, if this happens we will substitute the item with one of equal value.
Returns and Refunds
All items can be returned to us providing they are returned in their original condition - unused, in their original packaging. Please contact our sales team by email to obtain a Returns Authorisation Number. Depending on the reasons for returning an item, postal charges could apply. We will notify you via email when we have processed your return and refunded your money. This may take up to 10 days from receipt of the returned item.
If you feel the items are damaged or faulty please contact our sales team.
This does not apply to faulty or incorrectly supplied goods where your statutory rights are unaffected.
Damaged Goods. If your goods arrive damaged, you must notify us within 24 hours so we can arrange for the items to be replaced or refunded.
Unwanted Goods. If you decide you no longer want the item, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will then arrange for the item to be collected at a charge of £25. The items must be unopened and in their original packaging. Refunds will be issued upon receipt and inspection of the goods minus any collection and return charges.
Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations.
- You have the right to cancel this order within 7 working days beginning the day after the day on which you receive the goods.
- If you wish to cancel this contract you must indicate this in writing or another durable medium such as letter, fax, email (provide address/email addresses/fax details by which to cancel) within the cancellation period.
- You (the consumer) have a statutory duty to take reasonable care of the goods while in your possession.
- You (the consumer) must arrange for the safe return of goods to us, however for fireworks this needs to be done through our specialist hazardous goods courier, the cost of which will be born by you, failing which we will recover the goods, the cost of which will be deducted from any refund due to you.
- Upon the cancellation of a contract we shall reimburse any sum paid by or on behalf of the consumer under or in relation to the contract to the person by whom it was made free of any charge (less any charge made in connection with recovery of the goods) within 30 days of cancellation.
- Where goods do not conform to the implied terms set out under the Sales of Goods Act 1979 the cost of recovering the goods will be borne by ourselves.
